Short-term rentals refer to accommodations rented out for periods less than 30 days. (If we have availability, we accept longer stay). These can range from apartments and houses to villas and unique stays.

To book a property, you can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. Our calendar is link to the Airbnb calendar where you will see availability. Once you find a suitable option, follow the booking process on Airbnb or directly to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation policies vary by property. Please check the specific policy listed on the property’s page before booking. Generally, our policies are flexible till 1 month before your arrival and any changes or cancellations should be made directly through your account or by contacting our support team.

In addition to the rental price, there may be additional fees such as cleaning fees (vary between Euro 25 to Euro 35 and security deposits. These will be clearly listed during the booking process.

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and sometimes PayPal. Payment is processed securely.

You can request modifications to your booking through your account or by contacting our customer support. Changes are subject to availability.

If you have any special requests, such as early check-in, late check-out, or specific amenities, please contact us before your arrival or mention them during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. There might be an additional fee for that service.

Pet policies vary by property. Check the listing details for information on whether pets are allowed and any associated fees or restrictions.

We have a no party policy but some properties may be available for small events (6 pax), but this requires prior approval from the host. Please contact us or the host directly to discuss your event plans.

After your stay, you’ll receive a request to leave a review. You can provide feedback on your experience with the property and host directly through our platform.
